Homestay and Room Policy
- Every guest is considered to have been informed of and clearly understands our Terms and Conditions upon making payment. Thank you for your cooperation!
- Check-in and check-out time
Check-in – 2:00 PM
Check-out – 12:00 PM
Please inform the management of any late check-outs, and a charge of RM50 per hour will be applied.
- Booking rate
We operate on a ‘FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE’ basis. Your reservation for the selected date is only ‘CONFIRMED’ after payment has been made. All bookings and full payments to confirm your reservation are only accepted through the Rumah Inap KLIA website only.
✓ HOMESTAY CABIN = RM 100
✓ STANDARD ROOM (AIR-CONDITIONED) = RM 50
✓ CLASSIC ROOM (FAN) = RM 30
- All check-ins and check-outs are SELF-SERVICE following the instructions provided by Rumah Inap management.
- Parking spaces for guests staying in the Homestay or Rooms are available around the Homestay or Room areas (please refer to the directional signs).
- Guests who book the Homestay or Rooms along with parking services should check in for parking after checking out from the Homestay or Room. Guests checking out from parking can park around the Homestay or Room areas.
- If renting for less than 1 day, guests must pay the full rate for 1 day.
- In the event of misuse or damage, please report it to management and compensate for the damages according to the cost of the damaged items.
- In case of cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible atleast 2 hours before check-in time, and your money will be refunded within 7 working days.
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the homestay. Please dispose of trash/waste in the provided baskets or bins.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Bringing in non-halal items such as alcohol and pork is strictly prohibited.
- Engaging in inappropriate behavior such as being alone with a non-mahram, immoral activities, or gambling is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the Homestay.
- Treat the homestay and provided facilities as your own home. Take good care of the house and its equipment, keeping them in the same condition as when you arrived.
- Stealing, taking, or damaging items in the house is prohibited. Any damage will incur a surcharge, and theft will be reported to the authorities.
- Use the provided amenities responsibly. Turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use.
- Park vehicles responsibly without obstructing traffic.
- Avoid making noise late at night.
- Do not leave any valuables in the Homestay. Ensure all doors and windows are locked, whether you are inside the house or leaving it for a short time. The management is not responsible for any incidents or loss of valuables during your stay.
- Bathroom – Avoid disposing of any items (especially sanitary pads) into the toilet or drain to prevent blockages. Please dispose of them in the provided bins.
- Report any damages or unexpected incidents immediately.
- If you rearrange any furniture within the premises, please return and arrange them back to their original place before you check out.
- The management of the Homestay reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
